One broker per market
Each market has a single RMCRE broker. Local knowledge stays deep rather than diluted across competing agents in the same town.

Independently owned
Every member runs their own brokerage. There is no head office taking a cut and no franchise playbook overriding local judgement.

Membership by invitation
Brokers join by invitation and vote on who else comes in. The board sets the standard and admits new markets.

Shared statewide reach
A listing in one market is carried by the whole network, so a building in Delta reaches buyers working from Denver to Durango.

We add brokers market by market, and we are always looking for the right partner where we have no presence yet. Affiliate membership is open to the lenders, title companies, appraisers and attorneys our brokers rely on.
