Darren Nakos is responsible for overseeing commercial and investment real estate acquisitions, asset management, commercial leasing and sales, and real estate development. He currently manages approximately $20 million in developments and investment properties for his clients and partners.

Since 2003, Darren has professionally handled the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, manufacturing and warehouse, apartment and land properties. His team possesses a strong background in real estate and contractual law, detailed investment analysis and negotiating complex transactions. He combines energetic professionalism with a thorough knowledge of local markets in Colorado.

Darren also provides his clients with the expertise they need when leasing health care real estate. While he represents both landlords and tenants, his extensive experience and integrity allow him to represent both sides of a transaction. His leasing services include exclusive landlord and tenant representation, lease and buy analysis, space planning, lease review and negotiation, and market surveys.
