As the previous President of the Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate, David was instrumental in leading the group forward in its Affiliate process and promoting its involvement with the Colorado Chapter of the Realtor’s Land Institute.

Currently, David is a member of the Pikes Peak Business Lending Board of Directors, where he can lend his vast real estate knowledge and commitment to helping small businesses throughout the Colorado Springs area. He is also a Realtor’s Land Institute member, representing local landowners in their real estate transactions.

Personal

Originally from Alamosa, Colorado, David graduated from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs with a degree in Finance and a subsequent MBA. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2008 and has been Owner/Broker of Rustic Realty since 2012. David has two kids who share his love of snowboarding, watching the Avalanche play hockey, and enjoying all the great things Colorado offers.
