Brigitte de Pagter Kusuno is a Colorado native born and raised in Telluride. Brigitte is Dirk de Pagter’s oldest daughter, wife of Chad Kusuno and mother of Landon, Kai and Kobe. An avid snowboarder, Brigitte enjoys spending her spare time on the mountain riding and skiing with her sons or playing and coaching hockey. Brigitte and Chad brought their family back to Telluride to inspire their dreams, fuel their future and enjoy everything that makes Telluride a special place.

Dirk DePagter was born and raised in the Netherlands, where he became a master carpenter. He and his wife Patrice moved to Telluride in the mid-1970s, where Dirk DePagter worked in construction. In 1976, Dirk started his own company, Dutch Masters Construction.
After a successful career as a builder and developer, Dirk DePagter worked at Aldasoro Ltd. from 1990 to 1996 as Vice President. In this role, Dirk DePagter was responsible for the development and sales of the 166 parcel Aldasoro Ranch Subdivision.
Based on Dirk’s passion for real estate, he received his real estate license in 1996. After receiving his license, Dirk worked with the Telluride Real Estate Corporation from May 1997 through August 2004. In September 2004, Dirk formed Telluride Real Estate Brokers, Inc. where he continues to provide excellent brokerage services to buyers and sellers.
