In 2006, Jeff Post became Owner/Broker at First Colorado Land Office. The company’s current location on US 50 opened in 2007 and Jeff subsequently purchased a downtown office in 2009. First Colorado Land Office has ranked at the top of the stats for the local area and Jeff Post continues to maintain his top producing status as a commercial real estate broker in Chaffee County.

Upon obtaining his Realtor license, Jeff Post became a Broker Associate for First Colorado Land Office. During that time, he achieved several awards, including:

Jeff Post served on and is past President of the Chaffee County Board of Realtors. He is also Past President of the Salida Chamber of Commerce. In 2010, Jeff Post became a founding member and Chair of the Chaffee County Economic Development Corporation and is currently a Board Member of the Realtors of Central Colorado.

In addition, Jeff is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Chaffee County Board of Realtors, and the Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers.

Jeff Post earned his BS Degree in Business from the University of Wyoming.

Personal

Jeff Post and his wife Katy have family in the area as well as two lovely and lively sixth-generation daughters. As residents and parents of Salida, they both appreciate and care deeply about the high quality of life in Salida and Chaffee County. Jeff enjoys fishing, golf and many of Chaffee County’s magnificent recreational opportunities.
