Professional Background

Scott Dillard’s career started in custom home construction, which he has segued successfully into the commercial real estate industry. Scott worked at Fleisher Real Estate in the commercial sales and leasing sector in the Roaring Fork Valley for five years before creating Integrated Mountain Properties with other real estate professionals in the area, and now owns Scott Dillard Real Estate, specialising in real estate development, brokerage and management of commercial and residential properties.

Scott takes his profession seriously and has earned the CCIM designation. He enjoys helping his clients with their real estate investments, whether that is buying for cash flow or building spec homes for capital accumulation. He has experience from small tenant leasing to buying, developing and selling a 51 lot subdivision.

Personal

Scott Dillard is married to his wife Vida and has two young daughters, Helen and Morgan. When not at work you will find the whole Dillard family either on the river or on the slopes.
