Shilo Bartlett

Shilo Bartlett is a recognized leader in the Roaring Fork Valley real estate market, combining over 15 years of industry experience with lifelong local knowledge and a trailblazing career in commercial real estate. Raised in the valley she still calls home, Shilo’s connection to the region runs deep—her fondness for iconic spots like Maroon Bells, Independence Pass, and Paradise Bakery reflects her appreciation for the community’s unique charm and rhythm.

With more than three decades of familiarity in the Roaring Fork Valley and a full-time real estate career since 2007, Shilo specializes in investment sales, leasing, commercial transactions, and development. Her professional background also includes a decade as a successful entrepreneur in the renewable energy and industrial service sectors, managing operations across eight states. This firsthand business experience enables her to provide practical, strategic guidance to investors, business owners, and property owners alike.

Shilo is the first female member ever invited to join this elite RMCRE. She currently serves as the 2025 Vice President of the CCIM Colorado/Wyoming Chapter, with previous tenure as a Director from 2021 to 2024. She also serves on the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors Board of Directors (2019–2025) and advises multiple organizations and counties—including Pitkin, Eagle, and Garfield—on housing and development policy. She spearheaded efforts to bring CCIM Core Education classes to the Western Slope for the first time in 2024.

Education

Shilo earned her AAS from Colorado Mountain College and completed her real estate licensing through the Rocky Mtn RE Institute. She holds both the coveted and hard earned CCIM degree, and her GRI and E-Pro designations.

Personal Life

Shilo lives in the valley with her three children and their Bernese Mountain Dog. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, rafting, trail running, and fly fishing the Frying Pan River. She also has a background in equestrian sport, specifically Three-Day Eventing.
