Edgewater Brewery Building Sale

Grand Junction Brewery

RMCRE Broker, Brian Bray helped broker this sale in Grand Junction to another local business owner, Adam Kinsey.

Since 2018, Kinsey has overseen one of the most prominent watering holes in the Redlands — Handlebar Tap House.

“I was motivated for the building. It’s a great building. It was built for the purpose of being a brewery,” Kinsey said. “It’s a good location. This area is expanding in Grand Junction. There’s more use of the Riverfront Trail and Las Colonias. I’ve been looking at the building for a while. I got together with Danny Wilson, the former head brewer and director of operations at Palisade (Brewing Company), and we’re going to take this on.”
