Scott Dillard was an incredible representative. He was frequently calling and showing us properties that fit into our specifications, usually before they hit the market. Once we found our perfect home, he negotiated on our behalf and walked us through the process. It was a new construction home and he made sure the builders maintained a schedule to keep us on time with closing. He also went above and beyond by attending city council meetings in order to assure our interests were not compromised. I can’t recommend Scott Dillard highly enough.
