I was able to sell this property, 940 Central Park Dr. Unit #203 in Steamboat Springs in December 2024 after a year on the market listed at $1,249,000. I believe it was on the market for 2 years before me and had no interest.

The unit had been vacant for over five years since they moved to a new location which was once Sports Authority.

Finally, the phone rang, and it was UC Health again asking for more information.

They had to go through their local board, finance committee, and then the UC Health main Board of Directors. The whole process lasted about three months, but I finally closed the deal and am so grateful to have UC Health as an expanding integral part of our community in Steamboat Springs.
