Ron Wendler with Colorado Group Realty announced the sale of Unit 2 at Copper Ridge for $225,000 in just 48 days from listing to closing. Purchasers were Julie Anderson and Gregory Grasso. Sellers were Dan and Patti Retz. All parties are from the Steamboat Springs area.
