In 1982, Ron Wendler moved from Iowa to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, to attend college and ski. After gaining experience in small business (Steamboat Discount Liquor) and property management, Ron obtained his real estate license in 1995.

Ron Wendler became an owner of Eagle Premier Properties Real Estate Company until 1996, when he partnered with Colorado Group Realty, an independent owner/brokerage. Since then, Ron has helped Colorado Group Realty become one of the top real estate companies in northwestern Colorado.

Alongside his active pursuits, Ron cherishes family time with his wife Molly and their three accomplished young adult children, Payton, Landon, and Grace. And of course, he enjoys spending time with his best friend, Gus, their German Wirehaired Pointer.
