Professional Background

In 1982, Ron Wendler moved from Iowa to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, to attend college and ski. After gaining experience in small business (Steamboat Discount Liquor) and property management, Ron obtained his real estate license in 1995.

Ron Wendler became an owner of Eagle Premier Properties Real Estate Company until 1996, when he partnered with Colorado Group Realty, an independent owner/brokerage. Since then, Ron has helped Colorado Group Realty become one of the top real estate companies in northwestern Colorado.

Personal

Ron Wendler lives just south of Steamboat Springs in the Yampa River Valley and has two children, Payton and Landon. He enjoys snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding and elk hunting, and is an avid fly fisher and golfer.
