Residential Real Estate sales volume through the second quarter of 2022 up 12.3%, totaling $164,860,894 (YTD) compared to 2021 sales volume through the second quarter of $146,792,385 (YTD).

The average house price for 2022 in the second quarter, was $704,534 compared to 2021 average home price at $558,146 an increase of 26.2%.
