Lucinda Stanley: One Delta County: An Economic Alliance 2024 Board Elections
Congratulations to RMCRE’s own Lucinda Stanley, who was recently named Delta County Economic Board President.
Delta County is located on Colorado’s Western Slope at the base of Grand Mesa, home to the delightfully diverse communities of Cedaredge, Crawford, Delta, Hotchkiss, Orchard City and Paonia.
Lucinda has been a commercial real estate professional since 1984. She is the owner of Grand Mesa Real Estate Services in the Delta County area. Her commercial real estate company has been in the Delta area since 2011 and has helped many small businesses by providing guidance to match their business goals.
"My first objective is to raise awareness of the impact One Delta County has on our community, directly and indirectly. We understand that affordable housing and a place for new businesses are imperative for attracting higher-paying jobs.
My second objective is to meet with business leaders to encourage their backing of our organization. We believe that participation from everyone is crucial to achieving success. I am excited to work alongside Greg and other community leaders to promote economic development in our county.”
