Lucinda Stanley

Responsibilities

Prior to relocating to Delta County, Lucinda worked with several large commercial development companies specialising in mini storages, executive office suites, high end office and medical condos, incubator and light industrial parks, an active 55+ residential condominium project, property management and commercial leasing. She held the Certified Property Manager designation from 1991 through 2014.

Due to the unique business climate in Delta County, Lucinda broadened her focus by taking several International Business Brokerage Association classes tailored to small business valuations and sales.

Professional Background

Lucinda Stanley began her career in banking, moving from a small town in Maine to Las Vegas, where she joined the Riberio Corporation, one of the leading commercial developers in the city, and obtained her real estate license in 1989. During her eight years there she managed three large mini storage facilities, five executive office suite complexes and incubator industrial parks, and was known as their troubleshooter for struggling projects. Her last Las Vegas role was with SHEA/SAXA, Inc., leading their development and real estate office.

Lucinda is a member of the CCIM Institute, Delta Area Chamber of Commerce, Cedaredge Chamber of Commerce, Delta County Board of Realtors and Delta County Economic Development.

Community Service & Involvement

Lucinda is a member of the Delta County Planning Commission, Ex Officio and Board Member of One Delta County, Treasurer for Delta Rotary Club, a Board Member of the Delta Health Hospital Board of Directors, and President of RMCRE.

Her most noted achievement was founding and chairing the CCIM Wine Tasting and Silent Auction Committee, which has raised over $300,000 since 1993 for scholarship and school funding projects.

Education

In 1991 Lucinda received her CPM designation, and in 1995 the CCIM designation.

Personal

Lucinda Stanley and her husband Bruce have been married since 1996 and have seven grandchildren. She enjoys snow skiing, hiking, fishing, snow shoeing and bicycle riding.
