The Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers organization has recently changed its name to Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate to reflect the changing nature of its partner members.

Formed in 2010 under the name Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers, the organization’s mission was to provide a high level of commercial real estate brokerage services to investors, property owners and developers in the mountain resort and larger communities on the Western Slope of Colorado. The organization has largely fulfilled that mission with seventeen existing partners and twelve affiliates that are the most experienced commercial real estate brokers in Western Colorado from Telluride, Grand Junction, Aspen, Vail, Steamboat to Summit County.

As the organization evolved over the past twelve years, the member partners have expanded into all aspects of commercial-investment real estate  including investments, development, property management and consulting. At a recent quarterly meeting, the member partners decided to change the name of the organization to Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate to reflect the wider scope of services the organization and its member partners provide to investors, developers and property owners who are active in commercial-investment real estate on the Western Slope.
