Commercial Real Estate sales volume of $37.3M with 44 transactions in 2018 is up 33% compared to sales in 2017 with 46 transactions worth $28M. Residential Real Estate sales for $533M in 2018 are up 5.4% compared to sales in 2017 of $506M. Sales Taxes are up 6.3% through November 2018 compared to taxes collected January-November 2017. New commercial real estate development projects include Overland Park, a multi-family, single family and mobile home park development project in West Steamboat and new downtown development parcels for single family and multi-family housing between Yampa River and Lincoln Ave. are coming on the market.
