FRISCO – A Class A medical office building in Summit County traded hands for $15 million.

CoreGro 360 Breckenridge LLC acquired Summit Medical Office Building, located at 360 Peak One Drive, from Summit Medical Building LLC in September. The transaction included a ground lease with Summit County, which shares the existing commercial condo management association with the buyer.

Recentric Real Estate’s Darren Nakos and Tyler Shields and Your Castle Summit’s Amy Nakos and Jennifer Luberto partnered to exclusively represent the seller in the transaction, while the buyer represented themselves. The deal was presented to the marketing team due to Darren Nakos also being a member of Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate.

The 41,260-square-foot building is situated on the CommonSpirit St. Anthony’s Summit Hospital campus, providing health care access to both High Country residents and tourists. The campus is positioned off state Highway 9, offering direct access to downtown Frisco and Breckenridge and connectivity to Silverthorne, Copper, Vail, Georgetown and other Summit County towns along Interstate 70.
