I inquired about the property through Realtor.com and received a reply from Onie and another agent. Onie provided me with a lot of information in his reply that led me to reach out to him over the other agent. Throughout the negotiation process, I felt Onie was in our corner. Living out of state, Onie Bolduc helped with providing local insurance agents and lender information, made sure we were able to visit the property on short notice and always replied quickly to our many questions. It was great working with Onie. I would use his services again.
