David Porter stands out as a leader in real estate, serving as the Broker/Owner of Rustic Realty and the current President of Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate. His recent achievements include placing a short-term rental community under contract at CanonwoodProperties.com and executing a 2,000-square-foot lease for a Wealth Management company in northern Colorado Springs.

David’s expertise spans residential, commercial, and investment real estate, enhanced by his background in IT product development and certifications like Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI®) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®).

Outside the office, David makes time for adventure and family. He recently played golf at the iconic Torrey Pines during a trip to San Diego and is gearing up to snowboard in Breckenridge. At home, he stays active in his children’s pursuits—Paxton, a 5th-grader, plays ice hockey for Monument Rampage 10u A team, and Ellie, a 6th-grader, also enjoys the ice as a figure skater. Both of them have upcoming piano concerts and will join Dad on the slopes!
