Chaffee County remains a strong market but is showing some signs of change with a slight shift towards a buyers market. Commercial Real Estate sales volume totaled $7,558,986 with 11 transactions year-to-date (YTD) through the second quarter of 2025, representing a 3.29% decrease in sales volume compared to 2024, which had $7,816,000 in sales across 10 transactions.

Residential Real Estate sales volume through the second quarter of 2025 declined slightly to $163,621,889 YTD, down from $170,520,853 YTD in 2024. The average house price for the second quarter of 2025 was $764,588, up 3.58% from the 2024 average of $738,186.
