We just listed four industrial lots.  Each are a little over an acre. Two have wells already drilled, and those are at 265k, and two don’t have wells, and they are at $250k each.

Poncha Springs New Rec Center

The town of Poncha Springs bought 29 acres for the purpose of making a Recreation Center.  Sale price was $2.3m
