Delta County Q4 2024 Market Update Report
City of Delta’s Downtown Development Association is actively working on improving downtown.
The City was awarded over $13M to do improvements to Main Street.
A retail/flex project is under construction on Stafford & Crawford in Delta. There will be two 12,240 sq.ft. bldgs divisible to 2,040 sq.ft. with ground roll up doors in back.
City of Delta is working on updating their Land Use Code and to implement faster, easier processes for development plan reviews and approvals to cut down processing time.
A small single family housing project underway in Delta.
