Commercial real estate in El Paso County remained resilient in Q2 2026, with retail and medical office leading performance due to strong demand and population growth, while industrial continued to perform well but showed signs of normalization as new supply increased; office remained the most challenged sector, though vacancy began stabilizing as demand improved in higher-quality and specialized spaces.
