Montrose Q2 2025 Market Update Report

Montrose County Market Update image featuring RMCRE logo with 'R' in yellow, white, and blue on teal background.

Most of the market has been flat or declined, except residential property with pricing less then $500K. If there is a house put on the market for less than $500K, then this market is very hot. There was increased activity when the interest was slightly decreasing, but not a lot. We are anticipating a slower market over all until spring of next year.

The Hotel Lodging taxes also took effect last quarter which accounts for the increase in revenue for the city.

Montrose has a lot of interest. Feels like the market is ready to open up. In short, Montrose has been found.
