Alamosa County Market Update � April 2019
Commercial Real Estate sales volume of $589K with 2 transactions YTD in 2019 in Alamosa County is significantly up compared to no sales YTD in 2018. Residential Real Estate sales for $3.6M YTD in 2018 are down 14.9% compared to sales YTD in 2018 of $4.2M. Sales Taxes are up 4% YTD in 2019 compared to taxes collected YTD in 2018. New commercial real estate development projects include a new proposed downtown hotel for 2020 and RV Resort that is being negotiated with the City of Alamosa.
