Fun Deals that Closed:

Closed on the sale of the Columbine Mall, downtown Delta.  Multi-tenant commercial building.  Got to dust off my CCIM skills and navigate thru multiple personalities, different levels of client/customer knowledge, patience levels while training a new Associate.  Everyone ended up happy.

Closed on the sale of Fox Hollow Estates 34-acre plat with a Seller who refuses to work with any Brokers.  Had to work behind the curtains directing my Sellers on what to do and say along with their attorney.  More interesting than “Fun”!

New Properties:

Personal Travels this year so far:

Rented a wonderful 5 bedroom lake house in Maine and had our Spain family stay with us while visiting my Maine family.  First time they got to meet each other and we enjoyed lobster, scallops, haddock (my favs), kayaking, swimming, boating, skiing and touring Bar Harbor.  So wonderful we’re planning it again next year.
