We closed on two deals for Les Schwab Tire Dealership recently: one in Delta (Corner of HWY 92 & Stafford Drive) with one developer, and one in Montrose (1901 South Townsend ave) with a different developer for Les Schwab.  It was interesting to work with two different developers for the same entity. I have to be careful who knows what …when… to get the deals done.  It was challenging for sure, and perhaps a little fun to manage the complexity.

Outdoor Adventures

I needed to spend some time with my daughter’s (Abigail) new boyfriend (Trey)… what better way to test a young man who has an interest in one of my daughters than to hike Mt. Princeton, a 14er! We also traveled to the Redwood National Park with my family for one of my daughter graduation – Very pretty. This fall I’m looking forward to elk hunting and seeing the fall colors with my bride!
